Issuing National Technical Regulations on Occupational Safety

concerning Family Elevators

Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Health Law No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 39/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Safety and Health Law;

Pursuant to Decision No. 59/2015/QĐ-TTg dated November 19, 2015 of the Prime Minister promulgating the multidimensional poverty reduction standard applicable for the period 2016-2020;u organ issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to promulgate the National Technical Regulations on occupational safety for Family Elevators.về gia đình.

1. Organizations and individuals producing, importing, distributing, installing, using, repairing, maintaining, and servicing elevators shall be responsible for complying with the regulations set forth in the standard issued together with this Circular.

Attached hereto are the National Technical Regulations on occupational safety for Family Elevators.

Article 2. Implementation

1. Organizations and individuals engaged in production, import, circulation, installation, maintenance, repair, and use of family elevators shall comply with the provisions set forth in the attached Technical Regulations.

2. Organizations conducting inspection and certification of conformity for family elevators must adhere to the provisions set forth in the attached Technical Regulations.

3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under the central government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2019.

2. ANY DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED DURING IMPLEMENTATION SHOULD BE PROMPTLY REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS FOR STUDY AND RESOLUTION./.
