CIRCULAR
Issued economic norms - technical standards for XRF analysis work
using handheld or mobile devices to determine the content
of chemical elements in soil samples
Pursuant to the Minerals Law No. 60/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2010;
Decree No. Decision No. 158/2016/NĐ-CP pursuant to Government Decree No. 120/2016/ND-CP dated November 29, 2016 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Minerals;
Decree No. 36/2017/ND-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the Director General of the Vietnam General Department of Geology and Mineral Resources, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, and the Director of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular promulgating the economic and technical norms for XRF analysis work using handheld or mobile devices to determine the content of chemical elements in soil samples.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the economic and technical norms for XRF analysis work using handheld or mobile devices to determine the content of chemical elements in soil samples.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 10, 2018.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors General of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
