CIRCULAR
Issuing a minimum training equipment list for intermediate level and college level in 19 fields and trades.

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;
BASED ON Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;
The Minister of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs issues the Circular stipulating the minimum training equipment list for intermediate level and college level for 41 trades and professions.
Clause 4 of Article 6Attached to this Circular are 78 minimum training equipment lists for intermediate level and college level for 41 trades and professions, including:
1. Computer repair and assembly technology at the intermediate level as specified in Appendix 1a;
2. Computer repair and assembly technology at the college level as specified in Appendix 1b;
3. Information Technology at the college level as specified in Appendix 2;

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Education, vocational education institutions registered for intermediate and college levels, and related units are responsible for implementing this Circular as prescribed in Article 1 of this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
