Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and subsequent amendments and supplements;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration Inspection Bureau;

The Minister of Transport hereby promulgates Circular 15/2022/TT-BGTVT amending Circular 89:2015/MOT Quoc Gia Technical Standard on inland waterway vessel construction, conversion, repair, and recovery facilities.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the amended Circular 89:2015/MOT Quoc Gia Technical Standard on inland waterway vessel construction, conversion, repair, and recovery facilities

Registration code: Amending Circular 89:2015/MOT.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from January 17, 2023.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration Inspection Bureau, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
