Decree No. 15 issued in 1945 by the Chairman of the Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam appoints Mr. Do Duc DUC as Director of the Office of the National Education Ministry, and concurrently appoints Mr. Pham LOI as Head of the Office of the same ministry.

DECREE-LAW
No. 15 dated September 8, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
At the request of the Minister of National Education,
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:
Clause 1: Appoints Mr. Do Duc Duc to the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Education.
Clause 2: Appoints Mr. Pham Loi to the position of Chief of the Office of the Ministry of National Education.
Clause 3: The Minister of Education, the Minister of Interior, and the Minister of Finance shall implement this decree-law within their respective jurisdictions./.
