DECREE-LAW
No. 15 dated September 8, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
At the request of the Minister of National Education,
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:
Clause 1: Appoints Mr. Do Duc Duc to the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Education.
Clause 2: Appoints Mr. Pham Loi to the position of Chief of the Office of the Ministry of National Education.
Clause 3: The Minister of Education, the Minister of Interior, and the Minister of Finance shall implement this decree-law within their respective jurisdictions./.
