REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DIRECTORATE FOR HANDLING VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW ON DYES IN HANOI
MINISTER OF WATER RESOURCES
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/CP dated July 11, 1994 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Water Resources;
Pursuant to Directive No. 108/TTg dated February 22, 1994 of the Prime Minister on handling violations of the Law on Dyes in the Red River dike section within the jurisdiction of Hanoi;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Flood Control and Dike Management Bureau, after consultation with the People's Committee of Hanoi City,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Directorate for Handling Violations of the Law on Dyes in Hanoi is hereby established, consisting of the following individuals:
1. Mr. Tran Nhon, Deputy Minister in charge of the Ministry of Water Resources, serving as director;
2. Mr. Luong Ngoc Cu, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, serving as deputy director;
3. Mr. Dang Quang Tinh, Deputy Director of the Flood Control and Dike Management Bureau, serving as member;
4. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung, Director of the Hanoi Water Resources Department, serving as member.
Article 2. The Directorate for Handling Violations of the Law on Dyes in Hanoi shall have the following tasks:
1. Directing the investigation of acts violating the Law on Dyes; conducting surveys and measurements to accurately assess the current state of the surface, body, and base of the dikes in the Nhat Tan - Yen Phu area; evaluating the situation correctly; directing the preparation of technical solutions to be submitted to the Minister for submission to the Prime Minister for decision.
2. Directing the implementation of emergency measures to ensure safety against floods in 1995.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Director of the Flood Control and Dike Management Bureau, the Director of the Financial Accounting and Statistics Department, the individuals named in Article 1, and the heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
