Decree No. 15/SL Regarding the appointment of Mr. Đặng Việt Châu and Mr. Đình Huỳnh as special envoys of the Ministry of Interior in Thanh Hoa and Ninh Binh

DECREE

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NUMBER 15 OF FEBRUARY 7, 1947

CHAIRMAN OF THE CIVILIAN GOVERNMENT

In accordance with the Decree organizing the Ministries on May 3, 1946;

Appoint Mr. Đặng Việt Châu to the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of Interior;

Appoint Mr. Vũ Đình Huỳnh to the position of Secretary to the Chairman of the Civilian Government;

At the proposal of the Minister of Interior;

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1

Now appoints:

Mr. Đặng Viết Châu, who previously held the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of Interior, shall serve as Special Representative of the Ministry of Interior in Thanh Hoa;

Mr. Vũ Đình Huỳnh, who previously held the position of Secretary to the Chairman of the Civilian Government, shall serve as Special Representative of the Ministry of Interior in Ninh Binh.

Article 2

The Minister of Interior is responsible for implementing this Decree.
