REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT
FOR THE PROVINCE OF HA TINH PERIOD 1999-2004
BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on the Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated JUNE 21, 1994;

AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA TINH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 52 (FIFTY-TWO) DEPUTIES OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 20 (TWENTY) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DEPUTIES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT OF THE HA TINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
DECREE:
Article 1. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA TINH PROVINCE; THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
