THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
On the basis of Directive No. 46/TTg dated November 3, 1992 of the Prime Minister on commendation work;
Considering the achievements of units and individuals proposed for commendation in 1994;
At the proposal of the General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the Competition and Commendation Council of the Ministry of Finance;

Article 1: Award certificates to five units and six individuals of Vietnam Insurance Corporation who have achieved success in insurance business operations in 1994, including:
a. Units:
1. Hanoi Insurance Company
2. Baria-Vungtau Insurance Company
3. Saigon Insurance Company
4. Nghean Insurance Company
5. Quangnam-Danang Insurance Company.
b. Individual:
1. Mr. Trinh Thanh Hoan, Director of Saigon Insurance Company
2. Mr. Vo Quy Hung, Director of Baria-Vungtau Insurance Company

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Department of Organization and Training, the General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Directors of provincial and municipal insurance companies, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
