BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
On the basis of Directive No. 46/TTg dated November 3, 1992 of the Prime Minister on commendation work;
Considering the achievements of units and individuals proposed for commendation in 1994;
At the proposal of the General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the Competition and Commendation Council of the Ministry of Finance;

The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Department of Organization and Training, the General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Directors of provincial and municipal insurance companies, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
