Regarding the withdrawal of Vietnamese citizenship
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam promulgated in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 133/CP-XDPL dated October 5, 2005, Decides to deprive of Vietnamese citizenship the following individuals:
DECISION:
Article 1. Eight citizens currently residing in the Czech Republic; nineteen citizens currently residing in the Republic of Singapore; four citizens currently residing in Poland; seventeen citizens currently residing in the Kingdom of Denmark; one citizen currently residing in the Federal Republic of Germany; four citizens currently residing in the Republic of Austria; two citizens currently residing in Japan; thirty-two citizens currently residing in Slovakia; thirty-eight citizens currently residing in China (Hong Kong); seven citizens currently residing in the United States; and one citizen currently residing in the Kingdom of Sweden (listed in the attached list).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the citizens named in Clause 1 of this Decision are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
