THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on the Election of Deputies to the People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of sixty (60) deputies to the Tien Giang Provincial People's Council, twenty-two (22) electoral units, and the number of deputies to be elected in each electoral unit for the Tien Giang Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
