PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decision No. 59/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 24, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Committee for Work with Non-Governmental Organizations of Foreign Countries;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the Committee for Work with Non-Governmental Organizations of Foreign Countries,
DECISION:
Article 1. A Vice Minister of the Ministry of Finance shall be supplemented as a member of the Committee for Work with Non-Governmental Organizations of Foreign Countries.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Chairman of the Committee for Work with Non-Governmental Organizations of Foreign Countries, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
