DECREE

No. 151 dated August 13, 1946

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree No. 150 dated August 13, 1946 establishing the Military Commission's Special Representative,

At the request of the Chairman of the Military Commission, the Minister of National Defense agrees,

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Clause 1- Appoints Mr. Hoang Huu Nam as the Special Representative of the Military Commission.

Clause 2- The Chairman of the Military Commission authorizes the implementation of this Decree.
