Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 83/2006/ND-CP dated August 17, 2006 on the procedures and formalities for establishing, restructuring, and dissolving administrative organizations and state-run public service organizations;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Minister of Interior,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Labor Relations Development Support Center under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to serve the state management function regarding labor relations as prescribed by law.
The Labor Relations Development Support Center is a public-service organization with legal personality, its own seal, and separate bank account, located in Hanoi City.
Article 2. The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Labor Relations Development Support Center.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
