Regarding the cancellation of accounting reporting regulations applicable to units under the State Bank of Vietnam issued in the Information and Reporting System pursuant to Decision No. 516/2000/QĐ-NHNN dated December 18, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam
- Based on Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Now, we cancel the accounting reporting regulations applicable to units under the State Bank of Vietnam issued in the Information and Reporting System pursuant to Decision No. 516/2000/QĐ-NHNN dated December 18, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Article 2. 2. Based on the provisions of the internal regulations and accounting practices of the State Bank of Vietnam that have been issued, provide written guidance on the preparation, submission, and receipt of other accounting reports for units of the State Bank of Vietnam to implement.
The Head of the Office, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Director of the Monetary Policy Department, the Director of the Banking Information Technology Department, the Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, and the Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam branches in provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Monetary Policy Department, the Information Technology Department of the Bank, the Heads of units under the State Bank, and the Directors of the State Bank Branches in provinces and centrally administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
