REGARDING THE RENAMING OF THE PROVINCIAL NATIONAL DEFENSE SECURITY COUNCIL OF THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE

CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF Binh Dinh PROVINCE

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 02/2016/ND-CP dated January 5, 2016 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 152/2007/ND-CP dated October 10, 2007 of the Government on defense zones;

Considering the proposal of the Commander of the Provincial Military Command,inDepartment of the Provincial Military Command,

DECISION:

Article 1. The name of the Provincial National Defense Security Council of Thua Thien Hue Province is hereby changed to: Provincial Defense Zone Supply Council of Thua Thien Hue Province.

Article 2. The organization, tasks, powers, and operational regulations of the Supply Council remain unchanged compared to the previous National Defense Security Council.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces the name of the Council stipulated in Decision No. 947/QD-BND dated May 22, 2015 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of the province and related documents.The decision to switch the issuance of coats, overcoats, windbreakers, and down jackets to other uniforms for civil servants working at the National Market Management and Development Agency is decided by the Minister of Industry and Trade.BND dated May 22,amend2015 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and other relevant agencies,amendThe Provincial Defense Zone Supply Council, the Director of the Office of the People's Committee of the province, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command; heads of provincial departments, agencies, and organizations concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
