DECREE
No. 152 dated August 13, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 47 dated April 7, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 66 dated May 10, 1946 appointing personnel for positions in the Office and Departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Considering the report of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that Mr. Pham Van Binh has not reported to work at the ministry for two months without providing a reason;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1. The appointment of Mr. Pham Van Binh as Director of the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under Decree No. 66 dated May 10, 1946 is hereby revoked.
Article 2. Mr. Nguyen Van Viet is appointed to replace Mr. Pham Van Binh in the position of Director of the Office.
Article 3. The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
