OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 152/SL DATED November 17, 1950
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 76-SL dated May 20, 1950 establishing the regulations for civil servants of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 200-SL dated July 8, 1948 concerning the prosecution of civil servants who desert their posts during the resistance period;
At the request of the Ministers of Interior and Justice;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers, after consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Article 3 of Decree-Law No. 200-SL dated July 8, 1948 is hereby amended as follows:
"New Article 3: Civil servants working at central agencies who commit offenses shall be prosecuted by the Ministry with jurisdiction.
The Ministries authorize the Administrative Resistance Committees of inter-provincial zones to issue orders for prosecution of all civil servants in their respective sectors within the zone, except for the Director of the inter-provincial zone, in which case the Administrative Resistance Committee must refer to the Minister of the competent department for a decision.
The Ministries of Interior and Justice shall promulgate detailed regulations for implementing this provision.
Article 2: Ministers are responsible for enforcing this Decree-Law.
