THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Circular Jointly Issued No. 02/1998/TTLT-BYT-BTCCBCP dated June 27, 1998 by the Ministry of Health - Civil Service Committee of the Government guiding the implementation of Decree No. 01/1998/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 1998 of the Government on the system of local health organizations;

At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department and the Director of the Traditional Medicine Department - Ministry of Health.

DECISION

Article 1: The attached Decision hereby promulgates the "Regulation on functions, tasks and organizational structure of Traditional Medicine Hospitals under Provincial Health Departments".

Article 2: This Decision takes effect fifteen days from its date of issuance; any previous regulations contrary to this Decision are repealed.

Article 3: The Director of the Office, Directors of the Personnel Department and Traditional Medicine Department - Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial Health Departments, and Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
