REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTION UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE OF TRA VINH PEOPLE'S COUNCIL TERM 1999-2004
PURSUANT TO Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on the Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated JUNE 21, 1994;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF TRA VINH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,

WHEREAS APPROVE THE QUANTITY OF 45 (FORTY-FIVE) TRA VINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DEPUTIES, 18 (EIGHTEEN) ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DEPUTIES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE TRA VINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF TRA VINH PROVINCE, THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
