DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

Approving state-owned enterprises of special category

 

PRIME MINISTER

BASED ON the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;

      On the basis of Decree No. 26/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government on the new wage system in enterprises;

      On the basis of Decision No. 185/TTg dated March 28, 1996 of the Prime Minister on state-owned enterprises of special category;

      Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Minister of Finance,

 

DECISION:

Article 1. Classify the Southern Delta Development Bank as a state-owned enterprise of special category.

Article 2. The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Minister of Finance shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of salary conversion and position allowances for managers of the Southern Delta Development Bank classified as a state-owned enterprise of special category.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2001.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government, and the Southern Delta Development Bank are responsible for implementing this Decision.
