Article 2. Direct the Ministry of Finance to guide the budget for social insurance expenditures, health insurance expenditures, and the investment growth plan of the Vietnam Social Security for the year 2007 according to current regulations.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be applied from the 2007 fiscal year.
Article 4. The Minister of Finance, the Chairman of the Management Council of the Vietnam Social Security, and the General Director of the Vietnam Social Security are responsible for organizing the implementation of the allocated revenue and expenditure budget for the year 2007 in accordance with current regulations./.
