ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
MEMBERS OF THE RESISTANCE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE WHO DO NOT HOLD A POSITION IN THE EQUIVALENT LEVEL OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS MEMBERS OF THAT LEVEL OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL.
Article 2
THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR AFFAIRS AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS'S OFFICE SHALL IMPLEMENT THIS DECREE.
