DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 153/SL DATED November 17, 1950
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63-SL dated November 22, 1945 on the organization of local people's administration;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers after consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Article 104 of Decree-Law No. 63-SL dated November 22, 1945 is hereby amended as follows:
"New Article 104: The Provincial People's Council shall convene a regular session every three months."
Article 2: The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law.
