Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
To implement the Law on Criminal Records dated June 17, 2009;
After reaching consensus with the President of the Supreme People's Court and the Procurator General of the Supreme People's Procuracy;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Justice;

Article 1 Approves the Implementation Plan for the Law on Criminal Records.
Article 2 This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
