REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM
PURSUANT TO Article 9, Article 10, AND Article 11 OF THE LAW ON THE ELECTION OF DELEGATES TO THE PEOPLE'S COUNCILS (AMENDED) ON JUNE 21, 1994;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,

APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE MINISTER, CHIEF OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE.
