Issued TECHNICAL PROCEDURE FOR DETECTING AND DISPOSING OF BOMBS, MINES, AND EXPLOSIVES UNDER THE SEA, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CP UNDER THE SEA

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of 03 June 2008;

WHEREAS Decree No. 15/2013/NĐ-CP dated February 6, 2013 of the Government on quality management of construction works;on WHEREAS Decree No. 24/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing for implementation measures of the Law on promulgation of legal normative documents;

WHEREAS Decree No. 24/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing for implementation measures of the Law on promulgation of legal normative documents;09 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR DETAILS AND IMPLEMENTATION MEASURES OF THE LAW ON PROMULGATION OF LEGAL NORMATIVE DOCUMENTS;policiesOF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR DETAILS AND IMPLEMENTATION MEASURES OF THE LAW ON PROMULGATION OF LEGAL NORMATIVE DOCUMENTS;

Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE COMMANDER OF THE ENGINEER ARM CORPS;

AND trTHE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE DECIDES:

Article 1. TO ADOPT THE TECHNICAL PROCEDURE FOR DETECTING AND DISPOSING OF BOMBS, MINES, AND EXPLOSIVES UNDER THE SEA ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 3, 2013 AND REPLACE THE TECHNICAL PROCEDURE FOR DETECTING AND HANDLING BOMBS, MINES, AND EXPLOSIVES UNDER THE SEA ISSUED WITH Decision No. 16/2005/QĐ-BQP dated January 26, 2005 of the MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE.

Article 3. HEADS OF RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS CIRCULAR./.
