BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/ND-CP AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 24/2009/ND-CP OF MARCH 5, 2009, PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS AND MEASURES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL INSTRUMENTS; FOLLOWING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION IS THE LIST OF LEGAL INSTRUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AS THE LEAD OR JOINTLY WITH OTHER AUTHORITIES UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2012, WHICH HAVE LOST THEIR EFFECTIVE FORCE, INCLUDING 48 DOCUMENTS (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S DEPARTMENTS AND UNITS, AND RELEVANT INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
