Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Upon the proposal of the General Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department,

Article 1: Establish the following Regional Investment Development Branches under the Investment Development Department in the provinces of Nam Ha, Nghe An, Vinh Phu, Thanh Hoa, and Son La;

Article 2: The aforementioned Regional Investment Development Branches are state financial management organizations with legal personality, their own seals, and accounts opened at the State Treasury.
The General Director of the Investment Development General Department shall stipulate the tasks, powers, organizational structure, and staffing of the Regional Investment Development Branches.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The General Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Directors of the Nam Ha, Nghe An, Vinh Phu, Thanh Hoa, and Son La Investment Development Departments, the Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, and the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
