WHEREAS, THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS WAS ENACTED ON NOVEMBER 12, 1996 AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS WAS ENACTED ON DECEMBER 6, 2002;
WHEREAS, GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 77/2003/ND-CP DATED JULY 1, 2003 ON THE TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Agency, the Director of the Crop Production Agency, the Director of the Quality, Processing, and Market Development Agency;.
DECISION:
Article 1. CORRECTING ERRORS IN THE PRINTING PROCESS OF DECISION NO. 43/2008/QD-BTC DATED JUNE 25, 2008, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE, ON THE REGULATIONS ON THE COLLECTION AND USE OF FEES FOR MAINTENANCE AND REGENERATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE IN HO CHI MINH CITY INDUSTRIAL ZONES AND EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES AS FOLLOWS:
AT THE END OF ARTICLE 2 (PAGE 2) OF THE DECISION, DELETE THE SEGMENT "ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION NO. 03/2003/QD-BTC DATED JANUARY 10, 2003, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, AND RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
