DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
ON RESTORATION OF VIETNAMESE NATIONALITY
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS, Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
WHEREAS, the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 116/CP-XDPL dated September 20, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. RESTORE Vietnamese nationality for the following cases:
1. Du Thi Bạch Tuyết, born on March 16, 1966 in Soc Trang Province; gender: female.
Currently residing at No. 17, Son Ha alley, Phong The street, khum 11, Cau Cuu Phong village, Thach Cang commune, Da Trung district, Taiwan.
2. Doan Thanh Van, born on June 25, 1977 in Dong Nai Province; gender: female.
Currently residing at floor 3, No. 9, alley 155, Dan An Tay street, khum 8, Quang Chinh ward, Tan Trang city, Taipei, Taiwan.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
