REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT
FOR THE PROVINCE OF BINH THUAN'S PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES FOR THE TERM 1999 - 2004 BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of People's Council Delegates (amended) dated JUNE 21, 1994;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE BINH THUAN PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT,
