Issuing the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Regulation on Preventing and Combating Prostitution

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Preventing and Combating Social Evils Including Prostitution dated March 17, 2003;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Regulation on Preventing and Combating Prostitution.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chairman of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS and Drugs and Prostitution Prevention and Control, the Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to ministries, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
