BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 27/2003/QĐ-TTg OF FEBRUARY 19, 2003 ISSUED BY THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE REGULATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT, REAPPOINTMENT, TRANSFER, RESIGNATION, AND REMOVAL OF LEADERSHIP STAFF;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON APPOINTMENT, REAPPOINTMENT, RESIGNATION, AND REMOVAL OF LEADERSHIP STAFF IN THE GOVERNMENT AUDITING AGENCY.
Article 2. THESE REGULATIONS SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE AND REPLACE THE REGULATIONS ATTACHED TO DECISION NO. 2437/2007/QĐ-TTCP OF NOVEMBER 13, 2007 ISSUED BY THE CHIEF GOVERNMENT AUDITOR.
THE DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS AND HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE GOVERNMENT AUDITING AGENCY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THESE REGULATIONS.
