DECREE
Regarding the approval of the number of constituencies, list of constituencies, and number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the Provincial People's Council of Quang Nam Province for the 1999-2004 term
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department under the Government,

THE GOVERNMENT
Approves the number of 55 (fifty-five) members of the People's Council of Quang Nam Province, 24 (twenty-four) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the People's Council of Quang Nam Province (attached list).
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department under the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
