DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the establishment of the Management Board for Tây Ninh Industrial Zone

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on industrial zones, export processing zones, and high-tech parks;
To implement Decision No. 100/QĐ-TTg dated February 9, 1998 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment and approval of the investment project for the construction and operation of the technical infrastructure of the Trảng Bàng Industrial Zone in Tây Ninh Province;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).The People's Committee of Tây Ninh Province, the Head of the Board of Management of Industrial Zones of Vietnam, and the Minister, Head of the Organizational and Cadre Affairs Agency of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1.hereby establish the Management Board for Tây Ninh Industrial Zone to manage industrial zones within the territory of Tây Ninh Province.
The Management Board for Tây Ninh Industrial Zone shall perform management tasks and powers of industrial zones in accordance with Article 27 of the Regulations on industrial zones, export processing zones, and high-tech parks promulgated together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
The Management Board for Tây Ninh Industrial Zone has legal personality, has a bank account, bears the national emblem seal, and has staffing and operational funds provided by the State budget.
Article 2. The Management Board for Tây Ninh Industrial Zone shall have a Director, several Deputy Directors, several Members, and an assisting administrative apparatus.
The appointment of the Director, Deputy Directors, Members, and the establishment of the assisting administrative apparatus of the Management Board for Tây Ninh Industrial Zone shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 26 and 28 of Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
Article 3.This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, the Head of the Board of Management of Industrial Zones of Vietnam, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tây Ninh Province, and the Director of the Management Board for Tây Ninh Industrial Zone are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
