cănEDUCATION Education Law The People's Council and People's Committee on November 21 6 1994, Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the Director General of the Tourism Administration and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Department of Tourism under the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province and rename the Department of Commerce - Tourism of Quang Nam Province to the Department of Commerce.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province shall stipulate the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Tourism and the Department of Commerce of Quang Nam Province.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the Director General of the Tourism Administration, and the Minister of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
