OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NO. 15639/TC-PC DATED DECEMBER 31, 2004 REGARDING CORRECTION OF DECISION No. 91/2004/QĐ-BTC OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE

On November 29, 2004, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 91/2004/QĐ-BTC on establishing standards for managing national reserve goods directly managed by the National Reserve Agency. During the drafting and issuance of this document, there were some errors in Article 4 of the Decision. Now we correct and amend Article 4 as follows: "This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Director of the National Reserve Agency, the Head of the Financial Management Department, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision."
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs relevant agencies to be aware and adjust accordingly during implementation of the Decision.
