On November 19, 2004, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 111/2004/TT-BTC guiding certain points on the organization and implementation of the state budget for the year 2005. During the process of drafting and issuing the above-mentioned document, there were some errors at the beginning and in Section III of the Circular. The corrections are as follows:

Amend the sentence "This Circular shall take effect during the fiscal year 2005" to read: "This Circular shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall be implemented during the fiscal year 2005."

The Ministry of Finance hereby informs relevant agencies to be aware and adjust accordingly during the implementation of this Circular.
