Regarding the approval of the number of constituencies, list of constituencies, and number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the Provincial People's Council of Son La Province for the 1999-2004 term

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approve the number of 64 (sixty-four) members of the Provincial People's Council, 24 (twenty-four) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the Provincial People's Council of Son La Province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister - Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
