PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
TO IMPLEMENT GOVERNMENT REFORMS;
Considering the work requirements,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Government Border Commission is hereby transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Article 2. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Ministers, Heads of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Commission shall be responsible for submitting to the Prime Minister for issuance of the operational regulations of the Border Commission under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Ministers, the Heads of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Commission, the Head of the Government Border Commission, the Ministers of the agencies at the ministerial level, the Heads of government agencies, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
