Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 33/1999/QĐ-TTg dated March 1, 1999 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the National Steering Committee for Addressing the Consequences of Chemical Agents Used by the United States during the War in Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decision No. 173/2002/QĐ-TTg dated December 2, 2002 of the Prime Minister on the restructuring of the National Steering Committee for Addressing the Consequences of Chemical Agents Used by the United States during the War in Vietnam;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the National Steering Committee for Addressing the Consequences of Chemical Agents Used by the United States during the War in Vietnam,

Article 1. Supplement the following representatives of agencies as members of the National Steering Committee for Addressing the Consequences of Chemical Agents Used by the United States during the War in Vietnam:
- Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, - Deputy Director of the Government Office, Chairman of the Committee, in agreement with the heads of the above-mentioned agencies regarding specific members of the Committee and report
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
