DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 157/SL DATED APRIL 30, 1953
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 220-SL dated November 25, 1946 and Decree-Law No. 21-SL dated May 14, 1951 on the organization of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce;
Following the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Commerce approved by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: Mr. Lý Ban is hereby appointed Director of the Import-Export Management Department under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Article 2: The Minister of Industry and Commerce shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
