Regarding the approval of the number of constituencies, list of constituencies, and number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the Provincial People's Council of Can Tho Province for the term 1999-2004

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approve the number of sixty-five (65) members of the People's Council of Can Tho Province, twenty-three (23) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the People's Council of Can Tho Province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Chief of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
