To protect human lives and health, property, the environment, and the normal operations of agencies, organizations, and citizens;
At the proposal of the Minister of Public Security and the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Temporary Regulations on Handling Letters, Parcels, and Packages Containing Suspicious Substances and Objects Suspected to be Related to Biological and Chemical Weapons attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
