NO.: 158 DATE: APRIL 14, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministries,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 75 dated May 29, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Finance,
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Vu Ngoc Khuê, Director General of the Direct Tax Office, to concurrently hold the position of Acting Inspector-General of Finance.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
