Issuing the Tender Documentation for Consulting Services Model

THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
Cpursuant to the Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005, adopted by the National Assembly;
pursuant to Article 54 and Clause 4 of Article 63 of the Governmental Decree No. 111/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2006, guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of contractors under the Construction Law;
pursuant to the Governmental Decree No. 61/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003, stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
at the proposal of the Director of the Department of Bidding Management.
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached "Tender Documentation for Consulting Services" is hereby issued with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. REPORTING.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, other central agencies, People's Committees at all levels, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
