Regarding the supplementation of the plan capital for the year 2007 to implement the project on the informatization of activities of Party agencies during the period of 2006-2010

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2007;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance.

DECISION:

Article 1. Supplement 51.2 billion VND (fifty-one billion two hundred million VND) to the plan for the year 2007 for local Party agencies to implement the Project on the Informatization of Activities of Party Agencies during the Period of 2006-2010 (Project 06) from the remaining state budget funds allocated for Project 06 in the plan for the year 2006 that have not been utilized and the central economic state budget funds allocated for this task in the plan for the year 2007 but have not yet been announced. The detailed allocation of capital is attached as an appendix.

The Ministry of Finance, the Central Office, and local Party agencies shall be responsible for allocating, managing, and using the supplemented capital as specified above for its intended purpose and in accordance with current regulations.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Ministers of the Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, and local Party agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
